Sales Policy
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit and PayPal.
We also accept payment methods by certified bank check or money order in Australian dollars only. For instructions on ordering via bank check or money order, please email us. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be sent via Registered Post unless otherwise specified. Orders are normally processed 1-3 business days on receipt of order. For items located in Australia please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Special order items are shipped on request from Japan and delivery times can vary depending on product and size. Please email us for these expected delivery times. After courier attempts to deliver your product three times unsuccessfully, the order will be returned to Just JDM and will only be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. All returned items must have a Return Authorization number (see Return Policy).

International Orders
For International orders, please email us with the product(s), quantity and shipping address for a price quote. Payment for international orders must be paid by Paypal ONLY in Australian currency. Shipping is either via Australian Air Express or via customer's advised choice. Large packages must go EMS. All orders shipped via EMS Worldwide Express are insured to the total value.

Cancellations
Absolutely no cancellations on special order items (turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, down pipes, brake kits, coil over kits, air duct intake kits etc).
Cancellations for regular in-stock items will be subjected to a 20% restocking Fee.
Backorder items you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
Cancellation must be made by calling us directly on 0419 436 427, do not email or fax us.

Backorders
If for some reason an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via phone or email and we will backorder that item for you and hold your order. As soon as the backordered item arrives at our premises your complete order will be shipped. You will not be billed until the order is shipped.

Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, down pipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Under certain pre-approved circumstances a credit may be issued for exchange of product to the same value.

Return Policy
All returns must be notified within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by an Return Authorization (RA) number. You can request an RA number by sending an email to sales@justjdm.com.au. In your email please include the following:

Order number
Reason for returning
Your name
Phone number and email address
General Return Guidelines
Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

Are in their original packaging/unopened
Have original manufacturer information
Are not damaged
Do not have missing parts
These returns still require an RA number (see above).

All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. There are no refunds on freight. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
Before signing for your package, make sure the box or packing tape has not been damaged. If box looks like it has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign! If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us immediately at sales@justjdm.com.au. We will respond within 24 hours and will guide you through a return and replacement process.

Manufacturer's Warranty
Some aftermarket products supplied by Just JDM may void your car's manufacturer's warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this before fitting any aftermarket performance part. Just JDM can not be held accountable in any way for any damage to your car incurred from fitment of aftermarket performance products.

Just JDM sells parts that require skilled installation. If you do not possess these skills, we highly recommend you locate a shop that is familiar with, and is qualified to install the parts you desire. We will not warrant parts that have not been installed by a professional Authorised Mechanic.
Just JDM sells parts that are for off road use only, and may never be used on cars driven on public roads.
