A great afternoon was had by a number of members from internet car club forums who turned out to see the long anticipated launch of Yokohama’s ADVAN wheels to Australia. The event was held at Hi Octane Racing’s Rydalmere premises with the boys rolling out their race winning Mount Vincent Wines Mitsubishi Evo X and offering a number of great specials on ADVAN Wheels, Haltech computers, GReddy products and discounted suspension packages.




The lads fired up the BBQ for a sausage sizzle while everyone got chatting about all things fast. The focus was on the Yokohama ADVAN products with the new ADVAN Neova AD08 dual purpose race and road tyre along with the new ADVAN AO50 race tyre being launched as well. The AO50 tyre has seen race wins in production cars at the Shannon’s National with Hi Octane racing running the Steve Glenny Evo X. This beast has the latest spec Advan wheels and tyre combo fitted and proved that when it comes to race wins that there is no substitute for grip and taking the opportunity to look good on a set of Advan wheels while you’re at it.




A big thanks to Christian from Yokohama, Ian and the boys from Hi Octane, the fellas from Haltech and the lads from go2space for putting on the day and the sizzle. Look forward to the next event!
