Pure insanity- bolt on good to go no headaches and is PROVEN POWER MAKER on the circuit and on the strip.
want that whole lot more for that little more outlay...
take a look at the the
EVO GREEN 73 HTA
THE EVO GREEN IS THE BEST SELLING BOLT ON TURBO IN USA
This is a direct bolt on for the Evolution 9. This is a BRAND NEW modified Evo 9 turbo.
*FACTI have seen people chop some top end cars with this bad boy.
dare you to look up you tube watch the torque on this it is
just INSANE
AND YOU KNOW WHY THEY CALL IT A STRAP ON
BECAUSE IT JUST ABOUT F*(KS EVERYTHING CLOSE BY
Brutal TORQUE
THIS TURBO IS MORE EFFICENT THE PREVIOUS MODEL
IT
- Spools faster
- Optioned up
- Spools harder
- and smashes the compettion
YOU WANTED A BOLT ON.
WELL I GOT THE ULTIMATE BOLT ON
THE EVO
GREEN GOBLIN TURBO
FP GREEN 73HTA would exceed the performance of every, any and all other available turbo upgrades for the EVO 4-9 in the up to 55lb/min category. This unit features the 54lb/min 73mm HTA compressor wheel and a new 65mm revision of the high efficiency 67mm turbine wheel used in the FP Red for the perfect combination of power and rapid spool.
This offers 100% carnage to the compeditorsSince it's debut in 2006, the FP GREEN for the Evolution IX has been the standard that the world uses to compare against when considering turbocharger upgrades for the EVO 4-9. Companies as far away as
China, Taiwan, and Australia have tried to duplicate or improve on the performance of our FP GREEN turbochargers.
Many directly comparing their units to the FP GREEN turbo, some even copying our color coding to confuse consumers. This standard of performance is now improved into the "perfect pump gas turbo" with an increased power capability, greater efficiency, less turbine back pressure
and most of all BETTER RESULTS...

porting= making it bigger to allow more flow.
80mm option is on the new series which they have no stock on and would make buggr all difference on the stock setup

Mate i guarantee you wont be dissapointed. I ve run the green for 8 mths and 13000kms daily driver . Last 6000kms at up to 28lb boost and after a trip to coffs harbour a week back , all i can say is its the best thing i have ever done to the evo. It needed the good run in and its fucking excellent.(sorry for the language but theres no other way for me to describe it.) the extra boost definately wakes the green up though.
it gets the thumbs up from Dr Hairy

I wonder if the new version makes that much of a difference..

Aug 21 2009, 05:12 PM
the ammount of R&D to release a new turbo is not small effort nor cheap
A turbo is no good to an evo if it take forever to come on-
but if it can come on early and go hard with more power - you to be happy with that.

Ryan, do you have any dyno sheets with this new sucker in action? tried googling but couldnt find any dyno results

Its a toss up between this and the ATP gold....hmmmmm
EDIT....Oz results
Ryan@Just JDM
Aug 21 2009, 09:06 PM
there ZERO OZ results as we are the only company to have these instock in Aust
never had an issue with the FP range so no reason not to get the new model in
Dyno sheet wise

Lets just say i know where to put my coin on the table....
and yes it is on the Green
I know plenty of Greens that are doing the 260-280 rounds WITH BRUTAL TORQUE
at low RPM.

The Forced Performance bolt on Green and Red turbos are imo the best bolt on turbos for the EVOs in the world, proven results and quality workmanship, worth every cent.....and then some

Adam - hrmm I dunno. I think now there are better turbo's out there. (with the exception of this new HTA)
Also FP have had a LOT of failures (maybe this is because they have sold a LOT of turbo's thou!)
edit - If the HTA turns out to be like the BBKF/Gold then it will too be a worthy upgrade..

Like anything when you set the bar and are the first the people who come in after have the pros of knowing where things failed in the first place, when you make an industry first product like many car manufacturers expect failures, hekk even the best tvs in the world fail but thats what warranty is for and we are only human and the products are ultimatley designed and made by us, when you sell so many of something there is bound to be failures whether minimal or major will be the defyning result on how good a product is, most of there failures are due to people not using the right gear, shit tunes and also the fact that some people dont understand about oil starvation, feed the fucker oil if you want to push it hard, the same as anything under more stress and higher temps, no lube no love, no such thing as a free lunch

only turbos to show any amass of results are the FPs as far as bolt ons go, i like the BBK and as for the gold the fact it is oz made but to me still yet to be outright proven, until that occurs the jury is still going to be in FPs favour, i think we have it made that we have such a good array and choice of bolt on turbs for these cars.

I Remember when I got my car fitted and tuned with the EVO Gold... there where many people asking for dyno graphs and for proven results. Then when the results where provided many members doubted the authenticity of my results.... more dyno graphs one member asked.
After providing more dyno graphs that still wasn't good enough. Results from other cars where then asked in order to prove that the EVO GOLD was a good turbo.
With time there have been numerous car fitted with the EVO Gold. The most powerful standard engined evo is Matt Lowth's with over 308kw atw using an EVO GOLD.... Yet some members still doubt how good the Gold is. That's fine.
But what I can't understand is why evolutionoz is so biased towards certain products?
FP release a new turbo and all of a sudden... it's the ultimate turbo.
Well is it?
Where is the evidence to prove it?
No offence Ryan... but can you please back up your statements like the rest of us have to.
This forum is becoming very biased and full of double standards.

Ted/Fred/Whatever your name is...
Chill out dude - Ryan/Owner will post dyno sheets when they can...
And I dont know where you got "the ultimate turbo" from either...

The only person that is biased is YOU ! , you come on here preaching your crap and do the ATP boys no favours amoungst all your comments, no one is doubting the turbo is good, mine and other opinions are just that our opinions, im not about to ask you what colour undies i should be wearing of a day and im certainly not going to be swayed by your continual spamming on this forum, coming from your 425atwhp claims on Evom i think that says it all as far as what you have to back your rubbish talk up. Let the people at ATP and Ryan do their job and stop trying to tarnish the golds reputation as your talk is starting to become old news

Actually Adam, I haven't read any of your post that say something positive about the EVO Gold... that would indicate your biased since I don't believe you have actually even seen one.
And Dave I do apologize if I come across as rude or offensive but the reality is that I coped the third degree when I initially posted info on the EVO Gold... It just seems the same isn't happening on other products.
This really isn't about the FP or the Gold... It's about being fair and unbiased.

I guess the statement above isn't biased and you have all the evidence "in the world" to back that up... right Adam?
Or maybe your working with FP or JDM?

None of your posts have any substance and is just the same old broken record crap over and over again,
how can an opinion be biased and more so in a FP thread ? How much evidence do you want ? go onto Evo-m and have a good look then again you werent very popular over there either now were you, i guess hundreds of people are all wrong in your mind ?

Hi Zaw,
yes this will fit to factory manifold, Tomei and full race manifolds.
to answer something above,

now play nice
