once the number plate is placed on the bracket (as in the pic) will it cover the hole were the mesh is cut and visible and the bolt is missing?

can we please see a couple of pics (close up also) of the bracket with a small slim white nsw number plate mounted. this will show whether the hole in the mesh and were the bolt is missing is visible or not.
