HOTSIDE pipe is 2.5"

Included in the kit:

1. a taper silicone hose to join to the stock turbo outlet pipe

2. a straight hose to join to the stock intercooler

3. 4 x stainless steel t-bolt clamps.

Latest change is the brackets are made with thin alloy bars to be easily bent into position to the required position.

NO INSTALLED photos at hand at the current moment..

Cheers, ivan

Just installed mine tonight laying under the car, had a leak on a test run but that was me being lazy with the tightness of hose clamps.

Seems good! Would appear to free the boost up a little too! I'll check my pics tomorrow, didn't get a great deal, got too late too quick ><

Hello Ivan,

How are you going with the CP9A Hot Side Kit?

It was mentioned in this thread a couple of time last year.

Oh spewin. The reviews i have read regarding the 7-9 pipe had me excited and the price compared to others like the meek was awesome.

I dont want to replace the whole lot unless absolutely necessary but if it comes to it then your kit looks pretty decent.

James, I'm running one of Ivan's CP9A intercooler kits. Quality is good fitment is very good also friend bought a eBay kit and had trouble lining it up.

The main reason with the E4-6 being on the road for a long time now, most intercoolers had seen better days!

These Delta fins cooler in the kit has better cooling and volume than the stock. One E8 just bolt on our intercooler and pipping kit and gained 15kw atw!

Hi Ivan - You still have these hotside pipes in stock? I have a 2004 EVO8MR with stock intercooler and turbo. I'll send you a PM with my card details and delivery details. Thanks

Any more feedback on fitment to the GT-A?

Is it worth spending the extra on a larger turbo outlet to go with this pipe?

Hi,

I was told it will fit the GTA. But if you have the stock turbo, being a much smaller compressor and exhaust housing, the improvements are not as impressive as a evo 9 setup.

The turbo outlet is small upgrade compared to a LICP upgrade itself. Our LICP have the taper on the silicone hose, which is fitted to the stock turbo outlet.

Thanks again for the pipe the other day, fitted perfectly.

Also stopped a very annoying rattle which I couldnt find the reason for. A bracket on the stock piping wasnt bolted down.

Winning!!

Ivan, do you sell the silicon hose on its own from the cooler > pipe?

if its factory hose replacement i'd be interested in one.

stock one doesn't have enough meat to go over the pipe and even with T Bolt clamp, it still pops off on full boost for long period... try to push it in as mch as i can but it slowly slips out bit by bit on every WOT

Thanks,
