  2. As the title states, I'm chasing a set of Enkei WRC Tarmac Evo wheels in 17 or 18 inch. Please make contact if you have a set you'd consider selling.
  3. It's with a massive lump in my throat that I put my beloved Evo 9 up for sale. I really wish I wasn't selling this car, but unfortunately it's time to 'grow up' as they tell me and get on the property ladder. This is as honest an Evo as you will find. I have daily driven this car for 3.5 years / 60,000km and have never once had any issue with it. Ever. It sticks to the ground like brown stuff on carpet and turns on a dime in all conditions with 235/35r17 Bridgestone Potenza RE003 with less than 2000km on them. The engine has had a very mild tune producing 210KW at the wheels, but amazingly keeping fuel usage down to 9.5L-12L. The car is fitted with a GReddy TRUST Titanium Ti-R Straight 3.5" exhaust. The rims are Weds Linearettas 17x9 but unfortunately they have seen better days due to brake dust corrosion from some Ferodo Performance pads that worked great but produced a lot of dust and I admittedly got slack with wiping them down every day These have now been replaced with Bendix HPX Performance pads that don’t produce as much dust. The rims just barely clear the Brembos and it looks like a stone or debris has flicked up towards the brake callipers whilst driving and scratched the paint off the front right Brembo. I felt and heard this happen and immediately pulled over but by the time I got out of the car the rock or debris was no where to be found. I purchased the car at 120,000km with good service history and the car has 18X,000 KMs on the clock with the majority of that sat on the highway Monday-Friday (roughly 80km round trip commute daily). The car is serviced every 5-7k without fail and has had a full engine and brake service (Pads/Rotors/Fluid) at 180,000 with all gearbox and diff oils replaced with Mistubishi speciality oils at 165,000km (not cheap – will come with leftover oils). I took the car to one Cars and Coffee morning in 2014 at Queensland Raceway where it performed beautifully, drove there and home with no issues. Car got an early full engine service immediately after track day with oil inspection (cut open oil filter to check for metal). Tasteful supporting mods include: DBA T2 Slotted Rotors Bendix HPX Brake Pads HEL Braided Brake Lines Tomei Downpipe TRUST Titanium 3.5" Straight Cat-Back exhaust Grimspeed 3port Boost controller Apexi Intake w/ Metal Heat Shield Walbro 255 Fuel Pump Plazmaman Intercooler Piping Mishimoto Radiator (Lifetime Warranty Product) Mishimoto top and bottom radiator hose pipes Excedy Single Plate Heavy Duty Clutch (very light for daily duties) Tein Super Street Coilovers Hella Horns (You can’t ignore this horn) 17x9 Wedss Linearetta Dished Rims Pioneer Head Unit & Reversing Camera 'Titanium' Sphere Shift Knob (has a nice weight to it) HID Headlights (Setup correctly so you don't blind everyone) The interior of the car is tidy but shows some the wear of a daily driven car. There are some light scratches on the passenger glove box from the girlfriend’s handbags and shopping. There's some wear on the steering wheel (Possibly from the last female owner's long nails? It's not got any worse since I've owned the car). There are no rips or tears in any seats. The dash is in excellent condition and I am fastidious with using windscreen shields to keep temperatures down and protect the dash (Past life as a Supra owner made me OCD about keeping the dash healthy). The Check Engine light has been on for the last 3 years due to a throttle position sensor that throws a code every couple of weeks. During these 3 years, the throttle position sensor has only shown any issue when in sub 10 degree weather and coming to a hard stop (the revs drop and the car sounds like it's going to stall, though never actually has). Considering the effort required to get to the TPS and the amount of times the weather actually drops that low in QLD I have not felt the need to do this, but still clear the code every so often to ensure no other codes are coming up. It always pops back up in a week or two, and honestly it feels weird when it's off now... Car has always been treated with the upmost mechanical sympathy, and has never been launched or drag raced (although the factory Launch Control Rev Limiter certainly makes it damn tempting). As I said, I’m selling to buy a house so I’m looking for a cheaper daily. May consider swaps that include at least 10k my way, but must be reliable and daily-able. Asking $29,990 but this car means a lot to me and my partner. Willing to do a slightly better cash price for an experienced evo owner that can promise a good life for the car.
  4. Coming to the end of the year, we have some stock that we are looking to move and have reduced prices! Boostin' Juice Performance 3" split dump pipe for Evo X stock frame turbos. Proven to make a lot of power over the stock units and even gains over other open mouth brands. Lighter than stock (almost half the weight) and they all come ceramic coated to help keep bay temps a little lower. Usually $799, NOW $730. Here is a stock turbo e85 result with our split dump and test pipe: MAP cast manifold - Evo X stock frame. These are one of the best manifolds available for the Evo x, with big gains over stock in both spool and power throughout the rev range. This is an easy upgrade when you are changing turbos. These also are not prone to cracking like the stock ones and they fit under stock heatshield! Usually $980, NOW $920. AEM Wideband UEGO. Everybody knows these are awesome and we have a whole bunch in stock at great pricing! Get a hold of your AFR's and know what your car is actually doing. This is the first modification we recommend to all customers. Usually $330, NOW $270! AEM Boost Gauge (30psi max). Keep an eye on boost with these tidy units. Usually $265, NOW $220.
